I am a lover of all things product design, and am super passionate about design research. I love to wrangle the chaos - to make sense of ambiguity and translate it into useful tools and directions forward for designers and their teams.
I received a BS in Industrial Design and Minor in Sustainability from Arizona State University’s Honors College in 2019, and have been living in the Pacific Northwest ever since. I have worked with clients ranging from small, Oregon-based locals to Fortune 500 organizations. My work spans many industries, ranging from medical groups to the aviation industry.
I love being outdoors whether it's trail running, mountain biking, backcountry skiing or hiking. I also volunteer as an advisor for a local youth-led mountaineering organization in Portland, and am starting my first season as a weekend ski racing coach this winter.
I helped this organization diagnose issues they were having with their volunteer management system using research and technical assessment skills. Using our findings we were able to choose a more useful VMS for the organization and communicate with volunteers seamlessly.
As a result of being active in the BLM movement, I met an organization of mental health professionals, scholars, and activist communities in the Portland area seeking to address the disparities in our mental health systems. With their direction, I was able to craft a website that they now host and maintain.
This youth-led mountaineering group is local to the Portland area. They engage in outdoor adventures including rock climbing, backpacking, hiking, mountaineering and many other outdoor adventures. I volunteer with the Post as an advisor, leading and assisting outings.
